Terms of Use for MetaTimer

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the MetaTimer mobile application (the "Service") operated by Oleh Pavliv ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MetaTimer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MetaTimer for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

Use of the Service

MetaTimer is a time management application. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MetaTimer, including but not limited to the design, graphics, and software, are owned by Oleh Pavliv and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Data and Privacy

Your use of MetaTimer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or process personal data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MetaTimer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oleh Pavliv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MetaTimer at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
